Dear Dr. Linick:

It was a long time coming, our initial meeting. With all your family problems, them my family problems, it seemed as if we would never meet. Granted, you did whet my appetite over the telephone or by fax whenever we could correspond, but at our first meeting you tied everything together and showed me where and why my prior marketing efforts had been fruitless.

Although the concept of Buyer Agency is a good one, my efforts to educate the public seemed too costly. In our brief meeting you grasped the full brunt of what it actually means for the home buyer to have proper representation, and better yet, you were able to pinpoint what is needed to "get the word out".

I was very impressed at how much knowledge you seem to have at the tip of your finger and how quickly you are able to apply it to my particular situation. Your idea of the helpline is one that was able to get in operation quickly and is already beginning to generate interest.
