Deadline: Copy for display advertising must be received before 10 a.m. on Mondays for all states for insertion in papers one week later, except CA and FL, which must be received before 10 a.m. on Fridays.

Discounts Available: Contact us for any available out of state discounts when advertising three to four consecutive weeks. Circulation figures and rates are subject to change without notice. All prices are based on 25 words.

Word Count Method: Telephone numbers, including area code are one word. Local addresses (street address or PO Box with route number) are one word. City, state, and Zip code are one word each. All other words or separate characters like "&" count as one word.

Proof of Publication: Tear sheets for each insertion will not be provided, however random checks of participating newspapers will be made and an affidavit verifying at least 90 percent circulation will be sent.

Payment: All advertising must be pre-paid. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard for all advertising. If you choose to pay by check and do not reside in New York State, we require a certified check or money order for orders over $300. In-state accounts can pay with personal or business checks.
